We again would like to apologize for the issues with the December statements. we did not know until they were mailed that the program did not download the reoccurring fees to your bill. After finally getting the software to print out the rest of the fees we were able to print all new statements, which will be mailed out on Tuesday December 6th. we run once again apologize for the errors and thank you for your patience while we sort out the issues.
While not an excuse for our mistakes, I would like to explain that this program is only run once per month, which does not give us much time to learn the ins and outs of it. We are starting to get familiar with the system and hope we do not have any mistakes during 2012.
