We trimmed the last two Live Oaks on the right side of #1 yesterday. Most know we have issues with the last one causing longer frost delays. We are hopeing that trimming it way up will help the issue. The main problem is that there is such a short window of time when the sun finally breaks over the pine trees on the left of #2 and the shade of the Oak on #1 clash. This morning the sun finally broke over the pine trees at 7:45 in which the shadow of the Oak stretched all the way over the back of #1 green. as the minutes passed the shadow was still on the green but I am hopeful that there may be enough sunlight to thaw out the slopes and green before the trees shadow covers them over again.
